today slack lesson and lecture. Not listening to stupid tutorial coz i haven't done loads of hw and if i listen i would be overdepent on the ans. anyway wah damm hungry today only have common lunch as the only break of the day so i told the Oishii auntie to add loads of rice....hahha nice auntie....next time i shall buy from there for the week. ahhaha
anyway then after skool go study with xiao min and then others came along too, like meng yeow, cb, wx who wanted to play the piano but there's none not in use...raymond asked me some math work too...ahha and i was still stuck at the same qn....anyway then go dboat!!!
whoo-hooh ran around the outermost track for 4-5 rounds at a damm fast pace....wah fun...anyway cool down and did 3 sets of 30 push ups....sioa that one tiring...then they let us rest then chiong circuits...wah damm hiong 3 sets of 30 push ups station, crutches, dips, and some thingy. then they slowly change do 15 normal push ups, 15 tiger/diamond/spider, and crutches change to do some 45-degree-lift-legs-and count-to-3-sec-thingy and then change to some V-shape stance thingy...wah quite tiring too...moreover we were rushing to each station..muz be faster than the senior at the back to avoid punishments. I was running at a fast but small-stepped pace and kinda got used to it...anyway sometimes i couldn't catch my breath...cool.Some slacker exercise like that admiral( i think...someting that u do in push-up position and change the leg position frontwards and backwards) too in the circuit.
Then rest and do 3 sets of 6 pull ups...ahha luckily rotate otherwise i sure die....not so bad completed all expect the last one my chin not all the way up coz bicep tired....anywya then rest, warm down and senoirs intro and all and finally DISMISS!!!!
went back and find kelvin and the hardworking xiao min, when i changed to uniform and all b4 lobstering with kelvin..ahhaha then went back home!!! super hungry and sleepy....that's all folks....
